You Lead the Pace.
There’s no fixed session schedule here. You’ll receive private 60-minute sessions to use throughout our 12 months together—on your terms, at your pace, and when you need them. Some months you might only need one session but lots of text support. Other months you might need 4 sessions and text support.
This isn’t about checking boxes.
