I am so excited to share this video interview on goal setting with you!! My friend, Kate Miller, and I have known each other since we attended high school together in a small town in Northwestern Nebraska. Kate is a Personal Development Life Coach, speaker and writer who is based out of Washington, D.C.

You hear from me all the time on goals, life balance and the like. Goal setting seemed like a timely topic with the New Year approaching and so many of us setting resolutions. Today I wanted to bring in someone new for you to hear from! Kate has done significant research on goal setting and will be offering a free Facebook goal setting workshop in addition to a three part class.

When Kate was training to be a personal development life coach, she needed test clients to practice on. I had the opportunity to work with Kate in that capacity and can tell you, Kate is very good at what she does.

My life coaching style is rooted in spiritual principles, accessing our own spiritual guidance and taking small right action steps. Kate’s style is rooted in Christianity, making conscious decisions, understanding our behavioral motivations and also includes taking small right action steps. You want to resonate with your life coach – and we are all very different. Kate may be just the person you’ve been looking for!

In this video you can hear from Kate, learn how we met and hear us talking about some considerations that go into successful goal setting. Her program “Timely Tuesdays” will be launching in early January.

As promised in the video, here is Kate’s contact information.
